I want this website submission experiment webpage to be indexed by google first! This will secure that http://www.omg-1.com is the original source article and then we will not go into the googles suplimentals index. We do not want google to assume an articles site which we submitted to is the article source. Make sure you get your articles into the big article directories!
6. SEO TECHNIQUES
- Placed TARGET="BLANK" on all outgoing links I have so many outlinks to very reputable sources. It is smart to keep people on your site, so let them view your suggested outgoing urls, but always leave your site page open. I even placed TARGET="BLANK" on affiliate links such as
Website Submitter | Article Submitter
Then I went ahead and placed up meta tags with an off beat title to the site
<.title>That is only 10c for a permanent link pointing to your website!<.title>
its actually a one line sales pitch. In the description i just cut a block of text out of my main body
<.meta name="Description" content="We will hand submit YOUR site to 2000 FREE DIRECTORIES for $200 US That is only 10c for a permanentt link pointing to your website! Compare that with adwords | SEO search engine optimization is link building." /.>
and pasted it straight in as the meta description. I also use this description across all directory site submissions and article site submissions.
Also FORCE GOOGLE to visit your site in every possible way
1. Reinclusion request.
2. ADD URL.
3. Place on Adsense.
4. Place on Analytics.
5. Place a google search form on your site.
6. Set-up adwords campaign.
7. Force google to scan your sites for keywords!
Use the campaign keywords tool and select the option 'Site Related Keywords'
Here is what Google scanned, so we can see an insight into what Google thinks about this site, and it's a perfect result!
7. Setup an Adwords Campaign using the suggested keywords, create some Adwords Adds. I have posted my Adds below!
8. I added the very important OnlyWire button - click it now!Vote For Us!
9. Place http://www.omg-1.com to these directories ASAP!
10. Free email subscription service set up on the site for you to sign up to receive our SEO strategy techniques and discounts.
11. Placed a free translation script on the site to cater for foreign language visitors. 10 x the pages to index for the engines.
PS. please note that we are already indexed in Google and MSN Live after one day, 20 September 2007.
We even rank for some phrases mentioned in this domain eg:
Can we take a banned site and That is only 10c for a permanent link pointing to your website!
Will it last?
Probably not! We are now indexed but soon we will be categorized, themed and adjusted within the SERPs.
So we will come and go - but indexed for two major engines within two days is very good!

submits your article to 600+ article directories easily. http://www.submitsuite.com/ |
1. OK WE DID IT! From the 19th to the 25th.
We were banned in all major engines on the 19th and now on the 25th Sep 2007 we are indexed and ranking.
16 indexed pages in Google, 1 indexed page in Yahoo and 1 indexed page in Live.
2. A challenge issued at DigitalPoint Forums from sweetfunny. He says the statement I issued on the 20th here is incorrect.
Duplicate Content Knock Out Challenge
"I want this website submission experiment webpage to be indexed by google first! This will secure that http://www.omg-1.com is the original source article and then we will not go into the googles suplimentals index. We do not want google to assume an articles site which we submitted to is the article source."This is what sweetfunny says
"This lost all SEO credability when i got to the rubbish about getting content indexed on your site first before the article directories to avoid duplicate content issues. Right there is when i hit the back button sorry. I have posted about this time and time again on here ( DP forum), what is considered the duplicate content version of a document has nothing what so ever to do with where it was indexed first. As i said, where it was found first has nothing to do with anything and Google doesnt even factor it. The document with the most authority is what counts. Its not what i "think" its how it works, and if you want me to prove it again no probs. Get an original document indexed and cached on your domain, then ill put the same thing up and link it from my PR7 homepage and yours will be gone in about 48 hours. The niche wont matter, and im going to use a PR3 instead thats predicted a 5 or 6 as i promised the advertisers on the PR7 only 10 outbounds. It will still work, i have the page and will upload in the morning."
So I replied with a test!
"Deal, I must say I think you are wrong because this just doesn't make sense. I have an original page. Ill pass the page to you. Just copy the source file and place it on your site. So is it correct your page will link to mine as the original, if so mine will stay and your will be the duplicate because my page is already indexed. Ill pm you the page if you like and we can keep it private and add to this thread once one of us is out."
And finally we were in agreement with this new duplicate content experiment.
sweetfunny
"Deal, and yes it is the way it works. After mine gets indexed, when you search "a unique piece of text in quotes" it will say results 1 of 2 and display my URL and you will need to click the show omited results to see yours. I've proven this a number of times, but i will certainly do it again to show you. I definately dont agree with Googles handling of duplicated documents, but its how it works."
siron commented
'Hmm, very interesting discussion, can't wait to see the result of sweetfunny's challenge. But I have a question, is the PR7 site in the same niche or are you asserting that this isn't important. What type of content is on your PR7 site, is it an article repository, Blog, directory etc. A bit more info would be wonderful."
domaintom says
"Well now it really is an experiment! I just love this thread, live testing! Keep us updated please!!"
So what was done? I sent sweetfunny a list of domains from a martial arts site and he can choose the content he wishes to place on his site. He will link to his new martial arts page from his homepage and also link the new page back to the original source page. Per sweetmoney he says this, quote: "and yours will be gone in about 48 hours." So as soon as sweetfunny sends me a pm that the martial arts duplicate page is up we will know in 48 hours if the original martial arts page is knocked out of the SERPs and placed suplimental.

Any Questions?
![]() Recent Article about the experiment Can we take a banned site - No pages indexed in google, yahoo or live and can we give it life and PR rank? That is what is being attempted over at www.omg-1.com and the big question is can it be done? Google, Yahoo and MSN Live are such big players in providing traffic the question is can a website survive if the big engines have banned it? Many sites get banned and even some deserve it. Yet there are many sites who receive a penalty or even a banning and they just dont know why. Most just receive a penalty and that means their site is still in the index but just not ranking well. The site owner just needs to seach for his url and if it is found you are not banned. If you cannot even find your url, well simply put "you're out!" But don't fret as there are ways to get back in, but first you have to appologise to the big G and others. Back to the experiment A ten point plan has been placed in effect and it involves the basics like good hosting, good SEO in title and description with good keyword density etc. The big news here is the link building! The plan is that numbers of links will force the engines to take note of the banned domain and push it back into the indexes. Here are the ten steps: see above! Summary The most interesting point - to check back on - is the results of the Website Directory Submission Experiment. The number of pages indexed and numbers of backlinks for the site are fully presented per month and could be a real testimonial for this type of directory and article marketing. Another amazing part of this approach is that it can be done free using all the free website directories. You just need to semi-automate the process a little to make it worth your time. Well good luck with your website SEO development |
